Buying a Samsung phone in Abuja should be simple, but fake, refurbished and gray-market phones are common, especially in busy phone markets. Here is a practical checklist for getting an original phone, and what to ask any seller before you pay.
1. Check that the phone is sold new and sealed
A new Samsung comes in a factory-sealed box with the charger and cable as specified for that model. Ask the seller directly whether the phone is brand new, UK-used, or refurbished. Reputable shops answer plainly and put it in writing.
2. Ask about warranty in writing

3. Verify the IMEI
