It carries food, room-service orders, luggage and other items to guests on its own, navigating corridors, calling and riding lifts, and following a customisable route. Beyond delivery, it doubles as a concierge and information point: it can guide guests to facilities, answer questions about hotel services and local attractions, and interact by voice, with customisable voice prompts for your brand. It runs on Android 10.1 and connects over WiFi or 4G, with a secure delivery compartment measuring 24 x 27cm and a pallet weight limit of 50kg. The unit is 52 x 51 x 93cm and weighs about 55kg, powered by a 24V/30Ah battery rated for 6 to 8 hours of use, and moves at up to 1.2m/s. This is commercial hospitality equipment, supplied to order.
