Its optical sensor tracks your heart rate in real time, and a built-in display shows the number so you can check your effort at a glance. It connects over Bluetooth (BLE) and ANT+ to smartphones, smartwatches, cycle computers, spinning bikes and popular fitness apps such as Strava and Zwift. The soft, breathable adjustable armband is comfortable and stays in place, and the main unit weighs only about 15 g. It gives up to 60 hours of use on a charge and is rated IPX7 waterproof for sweat and rain. This is a fitness accessory and not a medical device.
