All mobile devices purchased from PhonesAccessories.ng are covered by warranties based on the respective manufacturers’ policies:
Out-of-Box Failure: If your purchased device from PhonesAccessories.ng is not powering on or exhibits a manufacturer’s defect within 7 days of receipt, kindly visit the nearest authorized service center. Our products come with an authentication number to confirm their purchase through us. For out-of-box failure issues, please allow a few days for replacement. If the issue arises after 7 days, the device will not be replaced but will be repaired, provided it falls within our warranty conditions.
Mobile Device Warranty:
- Samsung: Devices from Samsung enjoy an extended 24-month warranty. This comprehensive coverage includes protection against manufacturer defects, software issues, and damages not resulting from user misuse.
- Other Brands (Tecno, Apple, Itel, Infinix, Oppo and others): For mobile devices from other leading brands, including Tecno, Apple, Itel, Infinix, Oppo, and others, the standard warranty period is 12 months. This warranty covers manufacturer defects, software issues, and damages not caused by user mishandling.
Wearables Warranty: Wearables, such as smartwatches and fitness trackers, are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects, software issues, and damages not caused by user mishandling.
Accessories: Please note that accessories like tempered glasses and back covers do not carry any warranty. If you receive a product in poor condition, kindly contact our support for resolution.
Out-of-Warranty Issues: Any warranty-related concerns and repair requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the device model. Please reach out to our service center for a quote and assistance.
